We will not accept returns or exchanges if items are returned without prior notice. Please understand this in advance.
Even if we are notified in advance, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges depending on the contents of the order.
Please note that returns/exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases
1. Initial defects after the specified number of days have passed from the date of product arrival.
2. the color, shape, or other appearance of the product is different from the image
3. for reasons such as damage, scratches, or stains on the cosmetic box. (Excluding significant damage caused by problems during shipping, etc.)
4. other reasons that we deem unacceptable.

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the customer's convenience or cancel orders after they have been prepared for shipment.
We will exchange the product for a good or ordered product only if the product is damaged or stained, or if there is a mistake in the product. If you wish to exchange the product for any of the above reasons, please contact us by e-mail within 10 days for domestic users and within 14 days for international users after receiving the product. Due to the nature of the product, we will confirm the situation when the user contacts us in advance. When an agreement to return the product has been reached, please return the product in the original packaging box in which it was delivered.
